Merit base pricing
In the case you have selling mandates to post on the platform to access a bigger pool of buyers, we don't charge you anything. You can freely build your blind teasers in our platform and give buyers a unique digital clickable experience instead of a static pdf.
In the case you gain a selling mandate in our platform, we will charge you 20% of your fees, retainer + success fee. You only pay when the seller origination came through us.
